12-week online program: $180
Our 12 week online program is the perfect way to take your golf game to the next level. Through this once-off program, we will provide you with golf-specific strength building exercises tailored to beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes. Plus, we will provide you with demo videos for each exercise to ensure you're performing them correctly.
6-week Mobility Program: $45
Our 6 week Golf Specific Mobility Program focuses on improving flexibility and mobility in the hips, shoulders, wrists and spine. This program will help improve your golf swing and reduce the risk of injuries. The program will also help you increase your range of motion and decrease the tension and tightness in your body.
Online Performance Consultation: $100 per hour
Our Online Performance Consultation service is designed for athletes looking to take their game to the next level. We provide the tools and techniques needed to develop a winning mindset, with personalized strategies to help you stay motivated and focused on reaching your goals. Our performance consultation is the perfect way to get the support and guidance needed to become a successful athlete.
6-week at-home program:$65
Our at-home workouts are perfect for individuals who do not have access to a gym. Each exercise comes with a demo video to help guide you through each movement. Additionally, we offer golf specific mobility exercises that can help you improve your game.
1-on-1 in person coaching: R400
Our in-person training is perfect for individuals who would like to work privately and in person. Our training is tailored to each individual's goals and skill set, and we offer specialised golf specific strength training to help you improve your game. With our one-on-one approach to training, you can get the personalised help you need to reach your goals on and off the course.
The Golf Strength Training program caters to any level of athlete. Each program focuses on building athletes' maximum strength, explosive power (speed-strength), acceleration, mobility, and strengthening muscles to help mitigate injury. Athletes will learn functional movement patterns, improving their overall athleticism.
